If your website is not updating correctly, this usually indicates a caching issue. The first step would be to clear your browser cache, but if that does not resolve the issue then you can click here to force the CDN to clear it’s cache.
If the website is still not rendering correctly, please raise a support ticket.
Setting up a new direct debit is easy BUT you do need to have an outstanding invoice before you can do it.

From our “Starter” package, yes. This starts off from 10 minutes per month. ALL tickets are limited to 1 request (i.e. 1 support ticket/request) per month. These minor amends might be along the lines of, updating content on a page, adding/removing a member of staff, updating contact details or swapping out a banner image.
