Our hybrid support allows you to buy days of support in advance at a lower rate, and use them whenever you need. We bill in increments of 30 minutes and we’ll let you know when you’re down to you last couple of hours and need to renew.
For bigger, bespoke or more specialised projects, we will put a maintenance package together for you. This will be split across general maintenance and upkeep, ongoing support and a roadmap of new features for your application / website.
We’re available to help regardless of your existing support commitments. Ad hoc support is billed in increments of 2hrs and once we’ve had a short discovery of your needs, we’ll put a quote together for you.
Our WordPress Webmaster service keeps your core instttp://allation, framework and plugins up to date as well as providing around the clock monitoring and security and additional daily backups.
Our standard SLA is 72 hours, however our premium support packages guarantee that we’ll start working on your issue within a day of you submitting a ticket, and we’ll usually respond within a few hours.
