Challenges

Medicare Health Professionals Ltd (MHP) faced significant issues with their previous website. It was designed with minimal security and structured in a disjointed manner. The site used over 20 custom post types, mapped with the author to link content for an application. This convoluted setup made it impossible for MHP to export the data in the format they needed, posing a major obstacle to their operations and data management.

Solution

To address these challenges, we first needed to export, link, and cleanse the existing data to ensure it was properly organised for import into a unified multi-page form, housing over 100 fields of data. This form was designed to allow for signatures and PDF exports on demand, streamlining the process for MHP and enhancing their data management capabilities.

Results

The new website introduced a robust membership system split into two categories. Members can now fill in a multi-page form and easily log in to update their information at any time. Staff benefit from a dashboard that provides a comprehensive overview of all users, complete with a basic search function. Additionally, the system allows for the on-demand export of any individuals data, including any uploaded documents, significantly improving efficiency and accessibility. Importantly, the new system ensures that data is formatted to meet regulatory compliance requirements, providing MHP with the necessary tools to adhere to industry standards and regulations.
