From the first time we install Assist every single file you download, access or run is scanned for possible viruses, malicious code or other exploits that could harm your computer or your data.
System Monitoring and Windows Updates
We won’t update windows (or any of your software) without your permission but we will monitor your system status including it’s CPU usage, Memory, Disk Space and warn you if there are any Windows updates that are not being applied for any reason.
Quarentined Threats and Active Support
After an immediate quarentine, our team is notified of every possible threat and if we find anything that concerns us we will be in touch by phone or email (whichever your preference) to find the root cause and discuss preventative measures.
