Challenges
The toughest part of this project is that Magellanns operates globally. It was crucial to create a website that effectively portrays their worldwide presence and adaptability. The website should be designed in such a way that it allows for easy logging and organisation of their work by continent and country, a feature essential to reflect their global footprint and facilitate their operations. They wanted the ability for people to register allowing the download of data sheets and and easy way to manage/showcase the clients they work with whilst all the while expanding their Global SEO footprint.
Solution
We started off with a comprehensive list of locations and wanted to ensure there was a customer journey cantered around a world map, allowing them to dive deeper into the country and continent. It was essential these features were easy to manage for the client as all edits are to be done in house regularly.
Results
Magellan’s launched their new website, and couldn’t be more happy with the end result. As the sole supplier of Tellabs products outside of the United States, showcasing their Tellabs products lines was also an essential feature they are proud to have implemented.
As with all Spotlight websites being mobile-optimised and SEO-friendly is at the core of our approach, and we’re excited to see where we can take the website in the coming months / years.
