Please be aware that if you decide to cancel your contract, we require a 30-day notice period to process your request. It’s important to note that if no cancellation request is made, a new 12-month contract will automatically begin on your renewal date. This ensures continuity in service and support for your projects. Please also consider that should you choose to cancel your contract; any unused hours will be forfeited. This policy encourages the optimal utilisation of our resources and your support contract, helping you make the most of your investment.
