If you are on our Business / Bespoke Hosting Platform then you’ll have a dedicated development website setup – we’ll make major changes here, first, for your review before going live.

An ongoing support contract ensures that your project work is always booked in and completed, so there is no waiting for availability during busy periods.

Nobody wants a project to drag on for ever. We agree upon a timeline that we’re both happy working towards and our team will ensure we both stay on track.

One day is equal to approximately 8 hours and 20 days would be considered a full month. For the equivalent of a full-time resource (240+hrs/year) we are happy to provide a quotation.

Modify or Cancel Your Support Agreement

Unless otherwise stated, our Support Contracts are based on a 12-month rolling agreement, designed to provide you with consistent and reliable support throughout the year. You have the flexibility to upgrade your support package at any time to meet your evolving needs.

If you wish to cancel or downgrade your contract, we require a 30-day notice period, and changes will be processed at the end of your current 12-month term. Should no cancellation request be made, the contract will automatically renew for another 12 months to ensure continuity of service.

If you choose to cancel before the end of your term, you have the option to pay the remaining balance of your contract to terminate it immediately. Please note that in all cases, any unused hours will be forfeited. This policy encourages the optimal use of our services, helping you make the most of your investment.
