Discovery Sessions

Not quite sure what the issue is or what you need? Then the 1st port of call will probably be a discovery session. If we move onto a 2nd session the discovery fees are deducetd.

Quick Fixes

Something not quite right. Missing a menu, can’t find a feature or file, maybe backups have stopped synchronising. A quick fix is probably all you need.

Issue Diagnosis

Occasionally a fix might not be possible but we have likley determined the cause or next steps. Maybe a license has expired, or backup solution space has been reached.

Email Assistance

Emails disappeared, your view randomly changed, or maybe you want to learn how to access them remotely / online. Our team can walk you through what’s needed.

Office 365 Support

Getting to grips with some of the additional features of 365 can be confusing. Maybe you’re unsure where features are or you’d like to start using OneDrive or Teams.

Training

Remote training can take many forms but we tend to focus on guiding you how to use your webiste or a deeper dive into Microsoft Products where required.

How Do I Join or Schedule a Session?

If you are currently on a support call now, you can join using your sessioin ID and/or you can download our software to save time in the future.

Alternativley if you want to schedule in a support session you will need to review the scheduling options below. Please note that for clients on a support contract the allotted time will be deducted from their hours, clients not on a support contract will need to pay the prices shown.
