Transactional Mail
Transactional mail sends messages via secure servers to ensure that mail is delivered reliably, and on time.
Our Professional and Business Webmaster Packages include 250 sends per month for clients who are also on our hosting infrastructure, but if you need more then you can always upgrade to a higher tier.
Spotlight Framework / Plugin Licences
We use custom frameworks and premium plugins to build websites and keep them running smoothly. These include the core framework that we use to build the website, as well as powerful form builders, custom post and field plugins and other plugins to provide us with core functionality and security.
Our Webmaster Essentials is the minimum required package for any of our WordPress websites to work properly and be updated.
Maintenance Contracts
Membership sites, websites built on Opencart / Magento / etc and custom applications all require a tailored approach to support – in these situations we will sit down with you and put a dedicated maintenance contract together for your application. These could be anything from a few hours, to a few days per month depending on the scope of the project.

Webmaster support is designed to help keep your website running smoothly. Depending on your level you’ll be able to raise tickets for bugs, content amends (amending text, updating an image etc) or on the highest tier you can get us to add some new content for you as well. This might be a new page, news item, or even a new service.
IMPORTANT: ALL tickets are limited to 1 request. This service does not include any custom development, graphic design work or the addition of new website features. Examples of exclusions include (but are not limited to) new forms, new page layouts, new notifications, new code additions or new Custom Post Types.
If we discover that the resolution of a bug takes longer than the permitted time, we commit to providing you with a brief overview of the situation and a detailed estimate to complete the work. This approach ensures you have a clear understanding of the process and timeline, enabling us to maintain a collaborative and transparent relationship with you. This may result in a quotation or move into any remaining support / tickets you have in place with us.
Minor Amends
ALL tickets are limited to 1 request.
These are “amends only” and exclude the addition of completely new features, fields or new layouts etc. For example a minor amend might be along the lines of updating your contact details, adding/removing a member of staff, altering the menu order or swapping out a banner image.
This would NOT include things like, adding new forms, setting up a new page layout

Minor Bug Support

At Spotlight Studios, we prioritise efficiency and transparency in resolving issues. We classify a bug as “minor” if it can be resolved within approximately 20 minutes. This classification helps us quickly address smaller problems and ensures that we dedicate the necessary time and resources to more complex issues. This level of support is included in the highlighted tiers of webmaster.

Essential – MINIMUM Required
This is the minimum package ALL of our WordPress websites are required to have. This is because we use a custom framework and a robust suite of premium plugins to build your website. Without these your initial build costs would be substantially higher and your maintenance substantially more (due to the need for custom development and maintenance).
The combination of the framework and plugins we use have been thoroughly tested for over 5 years, we use them on our own website and can assure you they represent exceptional value for money.
Third Party Theme/Plugin Support
We require you to provide us with you plugin/theme api keys where necessary and to send us the latest theme/plugin updates if auto-update is not available.
We are not responsible for any issues that may arrise from third party plugins/themes and we will automatically roll the website back and stop updates if a plugin starts to cause issues.
