Webmaster support is designed to help keep your website running smoothly. Depending on your level you’ll be able to raise tickets for bugs, content amends (amending text, updating an image etc) or on the highest tier you can get us to add some new content for you as well. This might be a new page, news item, or even a new service.
IMPORTANT: ALL tickets are limited to 1 request. This service does not include any custom development, graphic design work or the addition of new website features. Examples of exclusions include (but are not limited to) new forms, new page layouts, new notifications, new code additions or new Custom Post Types.
If we discover that the resolution of a bug takes longer than the permitted time, we commit to providing you with a brief overview of the situation and a detailed estimate to complete the work. This approach ensures you have a clear understanding of the process and timeline, enabling us to maintain a collaborative and transparent relationship with you. This may result in a quotation or move into any remaining support / tickets you have in place with us.
