Support blocks are our hybrid approach to support. Only pay for what you use, but commit to days at a time for a discounted rate.
Support can range from system / plugin updates, database maintenance, bug fixing, new features or even lending a hand with your site. That is why our Webmaster and maintenance contracts are a flexible alternative to support blocks.
Support Hours means that we can get started straight away, without the usual back and forth that can cause delays.
We’re in it for the long haul, and we hope you are too! Our hybrid support packages put you in the driving seat, with fast access to our team of professionals.
As well as our phone number, it’s easy to raise a support ticket and we’ll often get back to you within hours, not days.
You can be as hands-on or hands-off as you like during the development of your website with complete transparency.
Whatever you need, you’ll have a dedicated account manager to reach out to for updates, support and sales requests.

The following packages represent common support block sizes – if you outgrow support blocks then we also have maintenance contracts available.
One day is equal to approximately eight hours. One week is equal to five days. For support in excess of one week we can always supply custom amounts, but we would usually recommend maintentance contracts for larger / ongoing support.
